The part ended up being easily printed on the textured PEI plate with no adhesive. I was afraid to try that for fear of ruining the plate due to permanent adherence, but chili_pepper's attesting to printing ASA-CF many times on that plate without adhesive gave me the confidence to try it. And it worked very well.
