I found a good combination to print this thing and get a good surface on the top. Printed at an angle standing up on that front middle bevel around the Warn logo, tree supports on that outer edge, a greater Z-axis to lessen the grip of the supports, and double the wall thickness to allow enough material for me to file and sand the supported edge smooth. It's printed in PLA, as I've not yet been able to source ASA or ASA-CF, but I may just leave it as is and see how it holds up. With the thickness of the outer walls it is pretty sturdy, but, it certainly won't like the UV and likely won't stay black for long... Anyway, I learned a lot with this little project.
