This is why I've kept a lot of PLA on hand, always making things like this for the kids. Even my mom was out somewhere and saw a 3D printed flexy snake that she really liked so I was able to find the model and print her one. The bonus to me is I can make useful stuff if needed. For 4H I always help the kids build a rocket for the fair. Installing the fins has always been the hardest part. I bought one of these a few years ago. They seem like a good idea but they are wobbly as hell and hard to center. So my daughter and I fired up fusion and made a perfectly fitting alignment tool for her rocket. She got champion. Too young to take it to state fair though.
