Of the hundred or so M12 mounts out there, I've only seen this particular one for sale as printed. Looks relatively simple if somebody with some modeling chops wanted to take a stab at it. From what I can tell, they printed it at an angle for more strength. That said, I'm lazy and would probably pay Packout Accessories $22 for one rather than modeling it. Either way, good luck with the search!
