...for one of these, by any chance? I designed this maybe 5 years ago for my F150, so I could put a bottle jack in place of the factory scissor jack behind the rear seat. That little hole on the right was for a shock cord retainer... but the jack fit tightly enough I never needed it. I didn't like my TJ seatbelt retainers being held on with the bungees. I'm printing a new version for hook & loop:
